Pebblebrook Golf Simulator

This project was a total basement remodel with a new Trackman Golf Simulator space as the focal point. In order to make room for the simulator, several structural walls were relocated and the original mechanical room was relocated. This refreshed space now includes a simulator space with ample viewing/seating space, a full kitchen and dining area, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. This is the ideal space for golfers and their families to gather.
