Lake Avenue Basement

This spacious basement was designed with grandchildren in mind. The highlight of the space is a cozy reading nook for the kids. It also includes one bedroom, one bathroom, an office, a flex room with glass barn doors, and large family room with custom built-ins. We loved working with this family to make it the perfect haven for kids to be kids.
