Northpoint Basement

This project started out with some key structural changes to bring it to life. We relocated a few of the window locations to improve the flow, and we also eliminated or relocated the ceiling drops. Those changes allowed us to maximize the space and natural lighting for this space that has something for everyone. This space features a comfortable entertainment area, a large kitchen and eating area, a play house, play room, gym, full bath, and a guest room with its own laundry.
