“It was a great experience working with Dave and his team! Dave was referred by a mutual friend after we had spent over 6 weeks with a different contractor who did not complete any work, or pull any permits. When we decided to go with Dave, it was like night and day. He pulled permits quickly, and had framers working within a few days afterwards. It was amazing to see the speed that things moved along!
Dave was quick to keep us updated on progress, and was more than willing to work with us on any concerns or changes we wanted to make. He was also willing to divvy out work (at my request), to let us get our hands dirty, like adding the door knobs and bathroom accessories (e.g. towel rack, toilet paper holder, etc.).
I truly felt that Dave was on our side when it came to completing the work and managing the subcontractors, which was greatly appreciated.
